For Advanced and Enterprise plans, you can contact the Support Team to request additional storage (USD 10/month per 100 GB).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I replace an existing file?
Yes. Upload a new file with the same name and it will automatically replace the previous version.

Can deleted files be recovered?
No. File deletion is permanent, and removed files cannot be restored.

Why does “No type” appear for some files?
This means the file doesn’t have an extension or uses an unrecognized format. Rename the file locally and upload it again.

Can I increase my storage limit?
