After signing up to your VIVINO account, you can create a feed of your wine products to connect the catalog to the VIVINO app.

Create a feed of your wine products to connect the catalog to the VIVINO app.

How to generate the feed

Step 1: Create a category called Vivino.

Step 2: Add products to this category. If the category is not added to the navigation menu, it will be invisible in most themes. If in your case it is not invisible let us know and we can edit the code of the template.

Step 3: Vivino requires some mandatory fields that are not part of Jumpseller’s base settings, so you will need to create custom fields. Watch the video below to learn how to work with these fields.

Step 4: Wait for the feed to update. The frequency of product feed updates depends on the type of app installation:

  • Paid Version installations: Merchants who install the paid version of the app will have their feeds automatically updated every 3 hours.

  • Legacy installations: Merchants who installed the app before the transition to the paid model will retain access, but their feeds will only be updated once per week.

Step 5: Get your feed, if the URL of your store is www.mystore.com, your feed will be located in www.mystore.com/vivinofeed.xml
