Local Pickup

Provide locations for your customers to pickup their orders.

Important: This is a new feature that is only available on the new checkout version: “v2”.

A Jumpseller store can have multiple pickup locations. Adding these pickup locations is a very simple process and allows you to cater to a more broad audience in your order fulfillment.

How to Configure

  1. Go to your store’s administration area.

  2. Click on the “Local Pickup” option on the “Settings” menu.

  3. Click on the “Add Place” button that is on your top-right corner of your screen.

  4. Fill in your Pickup Location’s address details.

  5. Add pickup instructions, e.g. how long will the Pickup Place have the order available to pick. These instructions will be sent along with the completed order email.

  6. When you complete filling the form, you can then save it.

  7. Lastly, you can toggle on and off the availability of your Pickup Location.


How your customers will use this

When your customers initiate the checkout process, they will be able to choose between shipping the order or a place to pickup the order.

Then on the next screen they will be able to select the Pickup Point to pick up the order, just like they would do with a shipping method.

Then they can just complete the remaining steps of the order and at the end of the process the customer will receive an email with the pick up instructions that you defined on the administration area.
