1 / 1

Stop typing addresses. Let your store do it.

This generator is great for a handful of parcels. Once orders start arriving every day, you want the address, the weight and the tracking code to come straight from the order, not from a form you fill in by hand.

Real carrier labels Connect your carrier account and Jumpseller generates the official label for each order, with the carrier's own tracking number.
Live rates at checkout Show your customers the exact shipping price for their address, calculated by the carrier at checkout time.
Automatic tracking emails Mark an order as fulfilled and the tracking link is sent to your customer without you writing a single email.

Important: The labels created here are your own packing labels. They are not carrier labels and they do not pay for postage — a courier will not accept a parcel on the strength of this label alone. Use it for local delivery, for your own pick-and-pack process, or alongside the carrier label. To get official carrier labels with real tracking numbers, connect a carrier to your store.

Frequently asked questions

Is this shipping label generator really free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no limit on how many labels you create, and no watermark. Even the small Jumpseller mark at the bottom of the label can be switched off.

Can a courier scan these labels?

The barcode and QR code are generated at print resolution and scan reliably with any reader. What they contain, however, is your own reference code, not a courier's tracking number, so the courier's network will not recognise it. Use these labels for your own operation or for local delivery. For official carrier labels, connect a carrier to your Jumpseller store.

What size should I print at?

Pick the paper size before exporting. The 4x6 inch and A6 options produce a PDF whose page is exactly the size of the label, so a thermal printer prints it edge to edge with no scaling. The A4 options fit 2, 4 or 8 labels on a normal sheet for adhesive label paper or scissors. Always print at 100%, never Fit to page.

In which language is the label printed?

In the language of the page you are on. Open this tool on the Portuguese site and the label reads DESTINATÁRIO and PESO, on the Spanish site DESTINATARIO and PESO, and so on. Switch language at the top of the page and the label follows.

How does batch printing work?

Switch to Batch from CSV, then paste a spreadsheet export with one recipient per row and a header row on top. Every row becomes a label, and the export puts them all in a single PDF, laid out on the paper size you chose. Your store details and shipment settings are applied to all of them.

Are my customers' addresses uploaded anywhere?

No. The label is drawn in your browser and the PDF is assembled on your own device. Addresses, your logo and the CSV you paste are never sent to any server.

How is this different from other free label makers?

Four things. The barcode is a real CODE128, CODE39, EAN-13 or ITF-14 drawn at print resolution rather than a decorative picture, and the QR code carries your own tracking URL. Batch printing from a CSV is included instead of being reserved for a paid plan. The exported PDF page is the label itself, so nothing is scaled when you print. And there is no watermark: even the small Jumpseller mark can be switched off. Nothing you type is uploaded anywhere.

Can I hide fields I don't use?

Yes. Under Show on the label you can switch off the sender block, the package count, the weight, the dimensions, the delivery notes, the date and the number printed under the barcode. Whatever you hide gives its space back to the delivery address, so the label stays balanced instead of leaving a gap.

Does it remember what I typed?

Yes. Your store details, shipment settings and chosen design are saved in this browser only, so the form is ready the next time you open the page. Nothing is sent anywhere, and the Forget saved details button clears it whenever you want.

Which barcode symbology should I choose?

CODE128 is the safest default: it accepts letters, digits and most punctuation, which suits order references. CODE39 is older but still widely supported. EAN-13 and ITF-14 only accept digits and a fixed length, and are meant for retail product codes rather than parcels.
