1. Install the app WhatsApp - Contact us from the Apps section in your Jumpseller admin panel.
2. Make click on install and then on authorize.
3. You can choose how the app will work. Open a list with support manager lists, open chat (the first support manager will be used) or open WhatsApp web directly without additional actions.
4. Then you can add the phone number that you want to. It has to include the country code, but without the "+" symbol.
5. Save changes. Then you have to login in your Smartarget account. If you don't have one, you can create one.
6. Done, that's all.

FAQ

• Is this App free?

Yes, with some limitations. In the first 14 days the app will be visible on all pages, afterwards it will be visible on the homepage only + "powered by Smartarget" message. Then you can buy Plus versión to quit those limitations and the "powered by" message.

• How much does it cost to have unlimited clicks?

$5 per month or $50 per year. You don't have to buy the Pro, every month you will get an additional 50 clicks and if you reach it - the apps will be visible on the homepage only. But that means less use interactions because most of the users interact in internal pages
